Damien ” Super” Hooper is aiming high for tonights battle with Joel “2 Gunz” Casey.

Hooper added that he respects Joel as a fighter and he doesnt hate Joel (as some have been saying), ”ive never met the bloke so how can I hate him?, Ive trained hard like I always do and as far as Im concerned, this is an important fight to take me to the next level in my career”.
Hoopers coach and mentor Gareth Williams added “Hoops is on fire at the moment, his power has increased, through technique work and his strength is at an all time high, but the thing that excites me at the moment is he is hitting his straps with his boxing skills and movement, tonight will be a great fight”.
Hooper was noticed and signed by Ricky Hatton after his come from behind performance against gold medal favourite Marcus Browne at the 2012 Olympics.
