Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Casual Boxing Group Class Trainer who can also serve as the Gym Manager in the absence of the director. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the fitness industry, particularly in leading group classes, while maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities: Lead engaging and effective boxing group classes for clients of all ages and skill levels.- Act as the Gym Manager when the director is away, overseeing daily operations and ensuring a welcoming environment.- Build and maintain positive relationships with all clients and staff to enhance community spirit.- Multi-task effectively, managing class schedules, client inquiries, and administrative tasks.- Collaborate with staff to ensure adherence to gym systems and protocols.- Provide guidance and support to clients, ensuring their safety and encouraging progress.
Boxing Group Class Trainer & Gym Manager: – Proven experience in the fitness industry, particularly in leading group classes.- Strong knowledge of boxing techniques and training methodologies.- Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing schedules.- Passionate about fitness and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
