This program is for men 40+ who want to get moving again, rebuild routine, improve health, and train alongside other blokes in a supportive environment.
You do not need boxing experience. You do not need to be fit already. You just need to start.
Our Men’s Group combines:
- Boxing fitness
- Strength and conditioning
- General health and mobility
- Pad work and bag work
- Support, accountability and routine
This is not about fighting. It is about getting your body moving, building confidence, and becoming healthier around like-minded men.

Program Details
Location: The Boxing Shop, Salisbury
Program: Men 40+ Health Journey
Training: Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings
Time: 5:15am – 6:00am
Style: Boxing, strength, fitness and health-focused training
Experience needed: None
What You Can Expect
You will be coached in a friendly, structured environment by experienced boxing coaches who understand that everyone starts somewhere.
Sessions may include:
- Warm-ups and mobility
- Basic boxing technique
- Focus pad work
- Bag work
- Strength exercises
- Fitness circuits
- Stretching and recovery guidance
The goal is to help you build a routine, feel better, and improve week by week.
