The Men’s Group is a 6-week boxing program designed for men over 40 who want to rebuild fitness, routine, confidence and accountability.

You do not need to be fit before you start.

This program is built for men who may be unfit, overweight, out of routine, haven’t trained in years, or have limited boxing experience. You will train with other men on the same path in a supportive, no-ego environment.

Across the 6 weeks, you will work through structured boxing and fitness sessions designed to help you build confidence and consistency.

Sessions may include:

  • Boxing skills

  • Bag work

  • Pad work

  • Footwork

  • Basic combinations

  • Fitness rounds

  • Strength and conditioning

  • Core work

  • Mobility and movement

  • Coaching support and accountability

The goal is to help you build momentum, not throw you into the deep end.
