Choose your mentor: Gareth Williams brings experience building The Boxing Shop and Boxing Beyond Barriers from the ground up and coaching elite athletes. Shara Romer brings Olympic and Commonwealth Games boxing coaching experience, high-performance leadership and developing people.

Choose a single 90-minute session, a four-session program or a joint session with Gareth and Shara. Sessions can be held at The Boxing Shop in Salisbury or online by agreement.
